Eddie Rivera is the owner of Dance It Studio, and has received “Top Studio” honors at several competitions. This native of Puerto Rico classifies his style and technique as a mix of Latin and ballroom, although he trained formally in ballet and jazz. He has been the ‘go to’ performer for numerous shows, videos and concerts for several celebrities, and has trained with numerous professional ballroom dance coaches in more than 10 countries.
Jason Frost has been teaching ballroom dancing since 1993. He studied with members of the Fred Astaire Studios National Dance Board and is certified in all American style dances from standard to gold levels. Jason moved to Florida from Virginia Beach with his wife in 2003, where they opened Lake Mary Dance Studio. His students have won top student prizes from Newcomers through Gold.
Stephanie Gonzalez has always had a love for dance and the arts. She began dancing at the age of three, and has trained in many dance styles including, ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, contemporary, and character. She has performed alongside the Boston Ballet, the Dance In Motion Company, and at 16, began her transition into the ballroom and competition world. Stephanie currently choreographs and performs in local dance productions.
Jose Perez began training intensely as a professional ballroom dance instructor in 2008. He specializes in Latin dancing, but salsa and mambo have always been Jose’s favorites. Jose has competed all over the country and is a top-notch choreographer. Jose is also a costume designer and has helped create costumes for many major theme park shows. He is a professional makeup artist and hair stylist, earning his cosmetology certification from Aveda Institute.
Brooke Reyes has been dancing, virtually, since the day she learned how to walk. Her years of dance experience have included jazz, tap and hip hop, focusing mainly on ballroom. Brooke has been a Pro-Am Champion and finalist. Currently, she enjoys teaching the American Style of ballroom dancing. Brooke strives to bring the joy of dancing and movement to as many people as possible, and competes professionally alongside her husband Romney.
Meghan McNash has had a deep relationship with dance her entire life. She is an active performer and professional American Rhythm dance competitor. With her professional dance partner, Eddie Rivera, Meghan is a regular finalist and winner in competitions of the American Rhythm dance style. When not traveling for shows and competitions, Meghan teaches at Dance It Studio. Additionally, she appears at other studios in the Central Florida area for instruction and coaching upon request.
